We are seeking an experienced Automotive Service Advisor who enjoys working with people, understands the automotive repair process, and can help guide customers through their service needs with professionalism and confidence.
What You’ll Do
• Serve as the primary connection between customers and our technicians
• Greet customers, understand their vehicle concerns, and help coordinate repair needs
• Communicate recommendations clearly and provide customers with a professional service experience
• Coordinate repair schedules and maintain communication throughout the repair process
• Build trust with customers and help maintain long-term relationships
• Work closely with the service team to ensure accurate and efficient repairs
What We’re Looking For
• 5+ years of experience in automotive service advising, service writing, or a related customer service role
• Strong communication skills and a professional demeanor
• Excellent customer service instincts and the ability to build relationships
• Organized, dependable, and able to manage multiple customer needs
• Experience with Mitchell 1 SE or similar shop management systems is a plus
