Role Overview

As the primary contact between our technicians and our customers, you will facilitate the entire repair process-- from greeting customers and assessing vehicle needs, to coordinating schedules and delivering exceptional service.

What we are looking for

*Experience: Minimum of 5 years of proven experience in an automotive service advising, service writing, or customer service role.

*Soft Skills: A great attitude, superior personal skills, and a professional demeanor.

*Technical Chops: Familiarity with the industry-leading Mitchell 1 SE shop management system is a strong plus but not required.
